Applications will only be accepted from February 1, 2023 through April 21, 2023. No late applications will be considered.
No walk-in applications will be accepted at the event.

Fill out the attached application and a sizing page for each child in your household that will be in grade K-12th for the 2023-24 school year (Pre-School children are not eligible). Be sure to print all information legibly and fill out the entire application so the proper items can be ordered.  Incomplete applications will be returned. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon available funding.

Eligible students may receive items such as school spirit attire, backpack, school supplies, socks, and a new pair of shoes!

You will receive more information on how to obtain your Back-To-School items at a later date.

Applications are available through Athens County Department of Job & Family Services, JFS on Wheels, OhioMeansJobs-Athens County, Athens County Children Services, and HAPCAP. You can also print the application from link above. 

All Athens County school children (K-12) are potentially eligible regardless of household income.
